Right-clicking on your Sequence tab reveals even more options.

If you have other panels open within this section of the interface, close them.

Settings for this entire section of stacked panels. Close Panel Group will close all panels. Undock Panel Group will release the entire panel so it’s free-floating.

Under Panel Group Settings, you can switch the group to a Stacked Panel Group, which looks like this:
