To export your timeline, first make sure your timeline or Program Monitor is selected (with the Source Monitor selected, you’ll export your source). Go to File > Export > Media or -M/ Ctrl-M. Note that this will default to exporting your entire timeline, or exporting between your In and Out points, if you have any.
