• How to add and modify Look layers
• How to control layers in the Layers list
• How to build various kinds of creative effects
This lesson will teach you how to go about implementing various creative techniques, and how to apply different effects.
Getting Started
One of the things that makes SpeedGrade so fast is the inclusion of Look layers for creating effects—not to mention the ease with which you can combine adjustments and effects to achieve creative looks of your own.
For this lesson, you’ll use the project file located in the Lesson 8 folder.
1. Launch SpeedGrade (if necessary) and close the open project so the Timeline is empty.
