This chapter and the previous chapter describe how to build a simple solution. The use case introduced in Chapter 2, “Typical case management applications” on page 21 is used to provide step-by-step procedure to build the solution. These two chapters show building a simple case. Later chapters build on this use case to show how to build more advanced features into the solution. These features include case splitting, reusing BPM processes, and integration with other systems and components.
