INTRODUCTION
Group discussion (GD) is an important form of group communication apart from seminars, meetings, conventions, symposia, panel discussions, conferences etc. Group discussions are conducted by organizations to find solutions to problems and to take suitable decisions. Owing to its importance, group discussion is used in the selection process in organizations and academic institutions.
