So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There are many aspects to consider in appraising how well a tool accomplished the goal it was designed for. A web site is, in its base form, just such a tool. In previous chapters, we've discussed how web sites perform in accomplishing their goals in terms of technical capability (what CSS can do).
