Using the Best Program for the Graphic Task

Provided that Office Excel 2007 is installed on your computer, you can create Excel charts directly in Word (or PowerPoint). You can also create powerful new SmartArt diagrams in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. However, if you have access to all three of these 2007 release programs, there are some good reasons not to use Word for these tasks.
