Sharing Themes
To share a custom Theme with another computer, keep in mind that a Theme consists of four files.
The .thmx file, which is the main Theme file
An XML file for the Theme colors
An XML file for the Theme fonts
An XML file for the Theme effects
If you copy just the .thmx file to another computer, that Theme will be available from the Themes galleries in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on that computer. However, Theme font, color, and effects will not be visible on those galleries as separate entities unless the XML files related to those fonts, colors, or effects also exist on the destination computer (such as when built-in options are used).
