What Coaches Look For

Organizations are not the only ones screening—coaches are screening the organizations as well! The busiest coaches, including those in emerging markets, can afford to be choosy in who they are going to work with. Perhaps not surprisingly, the fees that organizations pay are not necessarily the primary driver in whether or not coaches will want to work with those organizations.
