Building the E-Coaching Practice
Three major considerations to incorporating technology into a coaching practice include the coach, the client, and the organization. As stated earlier, the practice of e-coaching is in its infancy with research to support such practices nearly non-existent. Therefore, we do not purport to have all the answers. Quite to the contrary, we don’t even suggest that we have all the questions.
