Goodknight Green Shakti

Goodknight has introduced a variant called ‘Green Shakti’ (Venkatesh, 2018; for details on Goodknight itself, refer to the chapter on ‘Goodknight’). This variant was advertised on TV with an interesting advertising campaign. The advertisement featured a policeman and his family (see Goodknight video reference). The cute and smart little son of the police officer asks his father that while several rowdies are afraid of him why are mosquitoes not afraid of him. The effectiveness of the brand is projected along with this humorous aspect associated with a family gathering.
