Now that you have obtained the blessing of upper management, there is a potential for a lot of activities to begin all at once. Resist the urge; you must move forward at this phase (as well as any other) in an organized manner. Therefore, we recommend you spend a few weeks (possibly a month) on what we have labeled the marketing blitz. However, before we proceed with the detailed steps that are involved, we need to back up a bit and discuss the complexion of your newly formed group.
