Chapter 21. Customer Part of Team

The Customer Part of Team practice is just that—a customer is part of your team. The customer should know the details about the problem to be solved. This team member’s main responsibilities involve the overall usefulness of the product being developed. Does the software solve real business problems? Are the solutions usable and useful? Are the right trade-offs being made? Is the prioritization of the backlog appropriate?
