Chapter 38. Workshop

The Workshop pattern is a facilitated meeting of all individuals involved in a certain task. Exercises, conversations, and documents are created by the entire group to meet the goals of the workshop. The Workshop pattern is a focused and productive experience that frequently meets the goals much faster than if they had been accomplished through e-mail, phone calls, documents, and review meetings.
