Chapter 39. Classroom Training

The Classroom Training practice involves an experienced practitioner teaching the basics of a subject to the attendees. The trainer guides lectures and leads the students through exercises to help them learn about the subject. Classroom training is a helpful step up, but you must realize that students, at best, leave a class ready to learn in the real world. It will take time and real-world application of the concepts introduced to fully benefit from the new knowledge.
