4.1 Characteristics of Respondents, Their Organizations, and Their Projects
The following subsections present the characteristics of survey respondents, their organizations, and their projects. The objective of these sections is to provide information on the context of the survey and information relative to the generalizability of the results.
4.1.1 Respondent Demographics

- 31% female
- 5.6 years of experience with agile
- Well educated (40% undergraduate degree, 58% graduate degree)
