VBScript
VBScript is a light version of Microsoftâs programming language that is modeled on Visual Basic. It is an active script language with a fast interpreter for use in a wide variety of Microsoft environments, including active scripting in Web client scripting in Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Web server scripting in Microsoft Internet Information Service. VBScript has been installed by default in every desktop release of Microsoft Windows since Windows 98. It is used as scripting language in QTP.
