Neither of us have ever seen a fearful Agile (or Lean or DevOps) team that has also been successful. Fear is one of the biggest inhibitors of transformation. An organization may suffer from fear of error, of failure, of building the wrong product, of disappointing managers, of exposing poor leadership, of any number of other disasters.
