How are we going to structure our time?
Now that we’ve identified the people we’re going to need, we need some structure and planning to make the best use of their time. You’ll see the activities to be undertaken described in detail in the following chapters. Whilst these may seem linear, the process is actually iterative and overlapping. So over the span of a few days or a few weeks you’ll start gathering insights on the nature of the problem, identifying multiple potential solutions, refining these, and discovering whether they resonate with customers. The goal is to elaborate the solution in just enough detail to commence building an initial minimum viable product.
