So we have done all this great work and we’re feeling very proud of ourselves, but before we commit time, money, and resources to building our vision, we had better check that it’s what the customers actually want. There are lots of ways that you can do this, but remember, we’re all about the value and we want to be as fast, efficient, and lightweight as possible.
