Working as a team

Building a successful digital product is a team exercise and there is no place for functional silos in the process. No one likes being presented with a fait accompli; each team member wants to have input at each step along the way. The designers must have a relationship with the developers on their project; they need to be on first-name terms! They participate in the planning meetings and in the daily stand-ups.
