Agile Tools
This chapter discusses the types of tools that are used on agile projects. These tools enhance a team’s performance and improve communication and collaboration. Simple tools rather than those that are complex are better suited for agile projects. It is a well-known fact that tools which take a considerable amount of time to master are often considered to be confusing and complex.
