Agile Change Management
As we have previously mentioned throughout this book, agile methods are cognizant of the fact that requirements change quite often. The agile framework embraces changes to user stories, design, and other deliverables at any time during the project. Modifications represent a way to provide value and are accepted in order to enhance the customer’s competitive advantage. Change is never frowned upon and the agile team never fails to embrace modifications. We need to be mindful of the fact that changes can be rejected on rare occasions, but only in circumstances where a proposed change does not add any value for the customer.
