Part 2 A GENERIC AGILE FRAMEWORK

It is not our intention to create another Agile framework in this part of the book. There are now many Agile frameworks that can be integrated very successfully to satisfy most situations where Agile may be suitable; this is described further in Section 5.1.

The Agile frameworks described in Chapter 14 represent what we consider to be (arguably) the most popular frameworks in the Agile world (we define ‘popular’ as the frameworks we have seen most implemented in organisations we have interacted with over the last 16 years). These frameworks have been used and integrated successfully over many years and many of these can now be considered to be standards.
