So far, we have covered Agile in a fair amount of detail; covering it from first principles has led us to explore a lot of ground. We have introduced you to a wide range of ideas, models, practices and approaches, and have reiterated that Agile is a simple concept to comprehend but fiendishly difficult to apply well. And yet we have really only covered the basics. We haven’t discussed things in a great deal of depth, and we have consciously steered clear of the hot topic of scaling Agile.
