In the days preceding the cloud, changes often affected a single system. This simplicity made it easier to train users to help in the adoption of the changes. Today’s Office 365 rollouts are much more complex. They often involve a number of communication, collaboration, and productivity tools that are rolled out at once. In this chapter, I will discuss how combining traditional change management practices with innovative ways to deliver the required support can greatly improve this process.
