Chapter 10. Portfolios in Action
This chapter closes Part II. It will provide an overview of how the three portfolios we’ve been discussing interact and influence one another. We’ll take a look at a sample portfolio dashboard, and we’ll examine a fictional scenario in which we manage an agile portfolio. The scenario will demonstrate how the portfolios interconnect and evolve over time.
