The Explore phase delivers running, tested, accepted stories. But rather than concentrate on the technical details of how to accomplish this goal, APM focuses on the agile leaders’ tasks of creating self-organizing, self-disciplined teams that can deliver a releasable product. Exploration covers three of the four agile development methodology levels introduced in Chapter 5—project management, iteration management, and technical practices.
