Phase 4: Decide What to Do

At this point, the team has a list of potential actions. Now is the time to pick one or two and plan what to do. Your primary job is to provide structure and guidance for your team to plan experiments and actions. After considering an issue and potential actions, the team may determine that they don’t know enough about a problem yet—further investigation is a valid action. So are exploration, research, group learning activities, and influencing someone outside the team.
