We’ve included tried-and-true activities for every phase of a retrospective in this book. If you’re starting out as a facilitator, these will serve you well for a long time. But, as you gain more experience and confidence, you may want to branch out. There will come a time when you can’t find an activity that fits the needs of your group and your retrospective.
