Description and Rationale

In this activity, team members examine the retrospective from four perspectives. They get fast feedback on how the retrospective served them, in a short amount of time. The activity focuses on the types of learning available, including both content and team collaboration during the meeting. Team members can pull the most significant aspects, pro and con, from their interactions.

Lead the group through examining their experience of the retrospective from four perspectives. The group gives themselves feedback so they can continue to improve their retrospectives. As shown in the figure, Learning Matrix is a quick way to capture feedback on the retrospective.
