Learning Matrix

Description and Rationale

In this activity, team members examine the retrospective from four perspectives. They get fast feedback on how the retrospective served them, in a short amount of time. The activity focuses on the types of learning available, including both content and team collaboration during the meeting. Team members can pull the most significant aspects, pro and con, from their interactions.
