We have covered several Agile systems so far within this book, which, if run well, will help an organization improve rapidly into their future. The techniques will capture the minds and bodies of team members, but to be truly effective, an organization will also need to win their employees’ hearts. The heart of an organization is its purpose/mission and culture. Without a focus on the heart, there will not be the energy, psychological safety and motivation to support long-term change.
