Devotion

“Devotion” is an awesome place to be, where your customers are devoted to your brand. This is a place of customer satisfaction and delight so supreme that they will continue to move through their buying journeys with you and your organization evermore.

How can you build devotion with a customer, so that they never consider another provider? I can offer the following two scenarios and will concentrate on these during this chapter.

  1. Utilize a cyclical value-adding customer engagement approach that keeps providing a tailored experience that helps customers overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

  2. Develop a tailored surprise and delight approach ongoing (even when customers are not in a buying journey).
