To make most of the ideas discussed in this book more meaningful, I would like to report in this chapter about a large project that decided to adapt an agile process. This is actually an experience report that brings together the practices described earlier.

First, I explain some details about the previous history and the customer. Then, I look at the specialities of the team before discussing the environment of the project by discussing the different departments involved with the project.
