Strategy Quality and Strategy Success

This chapter explains why and how a strategy can be quality managed to deliver successful results.

The book does not wipe out the possibility to pursue a tacit strategy, i.e. a strategy living inside somebody’s head and not documented anywhere; on the contrary, it points out that anyone with a little luck can have a lot of success simply by doing what they believe is right. The problem with a strategy based on pure luck is that we cannot learn from it, there is no way we can repeat the process that leads to the high quality strategy.
