In this chapter we do the following:
- Describe the ‘name, tame and frame’ technique that helps focus the organisation on the right questions.
- Examine a series of useful tools that you can use to support the development of these questions.
An agile strategy does not begin by answering questions, it begins by asking them. Answering the wrong question brilliantly is far less helpful than answering the right one adequately, yet organisations often leap into developing their strategy with only the haziest notion of which questions they must ask.
