In this chapter we do the following:
- Define what a strategic intelligence system (SIS) is, and what it comprises.
- Understand how to define your minimum enterprise data set (MEDS).
- Consider the process and systems implications of a SIS.
Where the previous chapter described how to take stock of an organisation and its environment at a moment in time, this chapter explores how to analyse and track its onward path. This is the essence of agile insight and to do it, RADAR uses strategic intelligence (SI) (see Chapter 3).
