In this chapter we do the following:
- Introduce the ‘test and learn’ approach and describe its relevance to RADAR.
- Explore how key design principles inform the RADAR approach to agile strategy.
- Introduce and define real options, a key enabler of strategic agility.
Research and analysis can show you the way, but it is design that builds the path, and action that walks it.
