The Holon: Fundamental Building Block of the Integral Framework
We begin the book by focusing on the building block of everything in Integral theory, the holon. This will allow us to see more clearly the relationships among individuals, teams, groupings like organizational departments, and the whole enterprise. We will also look at the universal patterns that each of these holons follows in the course of its existence. We start with the complex context within which holons exist.
