I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Integral Agile Transformation Framework: An Overview
Development comes about when we are able to take more perspectives; the Integral Agile Transformation Framework (IATF) is a vehicle to shift our development because it creates a discipline or a platform for us to take these perspectives systematically. It helps build different muscles or capacities both for ourselves as transformational leaders—to help us show up differently to lead our organization through change—and for our organizations in their practices, structures, mindset, and culture.
