Agile Working and Culture Change

As the nature of work changes, organizations will need to accept that change is inevitable and put in place mechanisms that enable them to react quickly to change. The leadership team needs to ensure that employees recognize that change is important and necessary. Embracing technology is not sufficient. Organizations need to actively pursue technology to maintain competitive advantage and attract and maintain talent. This is by no means easy, especially for organizations that were established in a pre-digital age and therefore need to adjust or shift their organizational culture to keep up in today’s digital world.
