Authors’ Biography
Daniel Albalate holds an MSc in Economics (University College London, 2007) and a PhD in Economics (Universitat de Barcelona, 2008). He is currently an associate professor at the Department of Applied Economics at the University of Barcelona, where he serves as deputy director of the Observatory of Policy Analysis and Evaluation. His research interests focus on policy analysis and evaluation, particularly in the field of transportation.
