The key to the great global success of the 21st century is the development and management of creative talent capable of operating across borders and cultures. IT can facilitate knowledge transfer around a worldwide business, but the critical advantage will be the human ability to manage diversity; to create the genuinely multicultural, as well as multinational organization.
