Introduction to the Enterprise Manager
Most database administrators (DBAs) spend much of their time within the Enterprise Manager.
The Wizards
The Enterprise Manager contains many wizards that facilitate the process of setting up and managing a SQL Server. These wizards include the Create Database Wizard, the DTS Export Wizard, the Backup Wizard, the Web Assistant Wizard, and many more. To invoke the Select Wizard dialog box, select Tools, Wizards from the Enterprise Manager. The Select Wizard dialog box appears, as shown in Figure 4.8. Select the appropriate wizard and click OK. The resulting steps depend on the particular wizard selected.
