You’ve heard me reference this chapter throughout the book, and here it has looming like the great monolith of knowledge from 2001: A Space Odyssey. This chapter is a topic I am asked to talk about in various parts of the country and even around the world. It is a topic I am near and dear to, especially because I have been using Twitter for as long as I have (and still there are people who have been using it longer than me).
