So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with designers who are awe-inspiring. When I’m in a showroom looking at a collection, my jaw literally drops. I realize now how smart I was not staying in design, because when I look at this collection and consider the thought process that went into it, I’m always impressed by how gifted and talented our designers are.
