Feedback is the Breakfast of Champions.

—Ken Blanchard American Author

Introduction

Feedback loops are all around us to help make life easier to navigate. Homes have thermostats that constantly measure room temperature, sending signals to the furnace or the air conditioner to keep the temperature comfortable. Our body fights off illness by raising our body temperature to drive out viruses and bacteria that harm our body if not contained. Sensors in the road are linked up to the streetlights to quickly enable you to travel further on our journey. The value of feedback loops is everywhere.
