But don’t let that Zen-inducing outer shell fool you — inside every Fire TV device is a complex and sophisticated array of electronics. The good news is that these intricate innards enable Fire TV to perform its streaming magic; the bad news is that, when it comes to electronic devices, “complex and sophisticated” almost always leads to some kind of trouble.
