Adding a PWA to the home screen

When both a manifest and a service worker are detected, the browser may prompt the user to add the PWA to the home screen, as shown in the following image:

When added, the icon and app name defined in the manifest will be added to the device home screen. When the app is launched, a splash screen generated from the manifest data will be displayed, and the app will then be loaded with the specified orientation and screen configuration.
