The first step to getting a project off the ground is the idea. An original idea can come from various places: real-world experiences, a person you know, a place you have visited, a dream, and the list continues. Where the idea comes from is not as important as why you think your idea will make a good movie, TV series, or audio documentary.

All your ideas are not going to be good ideas.
